Excellent experience

We were meeting a friend in Dallas and needed somewhere nice to eat late on a Monday night. Hibiscus service was uniformly excellent from the person who answered the phone when I called ahead with a couple questions to our waiter and everyone in between. The food was great and satisfied everyone from our vegetarian friend to my carnivorous needs. Highly recommended.

I have visited Hibiscus many times over the years and considered it one of my go to restaurants until I had two not so great experiences with the same server there. The food was fantastic but was overshadowed by his dismissive behavior and his overall disdain for us. Make sure if you go there and I would recommend it for the food that you ask to not sit in Matthew's section.

The menu is very produce-forward, and the fish, poultry and meats are all superb. Desserts are fine, but not a strong suit. Full...
