I ate at Hibiscus several weeks ago and it was 5 star all the way. That is why I went back. This visit the food was mediocre. I ordered the two of the dishes I had on my previous visit. This time the lamb ribs were dry and tough. The beet salad was still good, though not as spectacular. The paella was dry and lackluster. If this visit was my first trip to the restaurant, I would not return....
