Hibachi is the best restaurant in the desert!!!!!!! My family and i love the food, bar, sushi, chef's and how fresh and first quality of the food.

Best sushi in the desert- get the volcano roll!! This is a world class sushi bar IMHO- not all the bells and whistles of a Japengos etc, but fresh and very tasty sushi recipes of all kinds! (If you want a more traditional Japanese full dinner experience, go to Musashi across town in Palm Desert and get a teriyaki steak and shrimp tempura combo dinner with ginger dressing on the salad- excellent!
