This place is the best electronics repair shop I've ever been to. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and explain to you exactly whats wrong with your electronics. Prices are very fair, and work is high quality and fast.

Friendly service, reasonable prices, good communication. Highly recommended.
The only draw back is if you drive there, you'll find it hard to find parking. So if you park illegally (double park, fire hydrant, etc...) keep an eye on your vehicle as the traffic cops are always lurking around.

What can I say other than that these guys are great! The screen on my laptop cracked (an unfortunate event involving my parrot and his beak). Needless to say, I was in a panic, as all my documents and photographs were stored on this laptop and I had no backup. Although I ordered the replacement LCD from Dell directly (which was probably a mistake, as the folks at Hi-Tech could have gotten it... more
