Finally went to shop and waited till both gentlemen were there at the same time. Found out they lost the part number they needed so rescheduled for him to come back again to check the TV.
Called 2 weeks later to find out when they would follow up on service, was constantly told to call the other number, who would then send me back to the first guy, and so forth.
