I have had nothing but great service from Hess Garage. Elvin and his staff are knowledgeable and give great customer service. I used to take my vehicles to a "ministry" to work on and Hess Garage rates are very comparable and they gave me a great deal on a set of "Tiger Paws". These are all hardworking decent people. They have looked at all three of my vehicles and have no problem working on...

Had 2 vehicles taken there. the first one had a bad timing belt. after 3 weeks, we were told the engine had bent valves. we were charged for diagnostics and storage. A few days later, another vehicle was taken and sat for a month without being worked on. Both vehicles were charged storage and diagnostics, but upon inspection by the people they were sold to (both trusted relatives) neither...
