I made the reservation 3 days in advance and had to rent a larger vehicle because there wasn't a small SUV available and then when I went to pick it up, the larger SUV was not there and had to wait two hours for them to get one! The staff was very apologetic.

The service was good and the car war great. The rental was suppose to be just a week or two but IBM ended up sending me to Charlotte so I drove. I was already out of the KC area. I called to get my contract converted to a Multi Month contract but NO ONE could help me. Now when I returned the Gladstone office did help me convert the rate but I wish that could have been done on the road. I have...
