Gary was especially helpful by assisting me with my printing dilemma. He stopped everything he was doing to assist me while also assisting other customers. I was extremely impressed with Gary and my experience at this branch. I will definitely visit this location again.
Josh was extremely patient, efficient & compassionate with me! He was very detailed when it came to my package arriving on time. Made my day. The customer service he provided was some of the best I've ever received. I will strictly use FedEx from now on! He gave me a time and once I returned can my package was there! I'm really glad

The team lady, CHERYL was very knowledgeable and friendly. Cheryl explained the Ground shipping compared to others and she helped me save money (which mattered most to me) and at the same time, my package getting to the destination at relatively short time (2 days)!
