Internet rates as listed are the rates customers are legally entitled to. When time to submit payment, the cost is up, in my case nearly $400. Pointed out to website customer representative (phone) who admitted to my observation that rates do not reflect "plus taxes and fees". Customer service was so poor, I will not be a customer.
