Overpriced. They charged me over $12.00 for a SINGLE watch battery. I went to another location nearby, and it only costed me $6.50 with the tax included. My mother also had problems there too...

Brought multiple watches to replace batteries and was given great customer service. Most of the watches were fossil and one was Michael Khors, which was priced more expensive when I dropped them...
