I had a very bad experience with this store. I brought in an item to be engraved and they were unsure if they could engrave it. They later called my back to let me know they could and wanted me to call them back with the details. When I stopped in the next day they had already engraved my item without speaking regarding details or cost. To make it worse, the store employee didn't even apologize...
