Well I have worked for this company for several years.
Yes we have been looking for someone several times over the past few years. One person moved out of state, one has went into a different line of work.
Yes sometimes I work long hours but I am not told I have to it is up to me. I can stop and work on it the next day are go on and finish. ALWAYS my decision.
Before coming to work here I have had several other jobs. By far the owners are the best real people I have ever worked for. They really care for their employees. As far as the "We'er all family" is more true with this company than any other one I have ever work for.
