I started using Hermosa Storage 6 or 7 years ago, initially because of the convenient location. I have continued to use them because of how courteous and helpful they are. I also like that it feels like a family-run business.

I have been using Hermosa Storage for about 20 years. A big part of what has kept me there so long is the manager, Willis.

They do not make them like Willis anymore. He is very nice and he bends over backwards to help the customers, including opening the doors early.

Willis stays on top of things and makes sure that everything is well taken care of.

When we first started using Hermosa Storage over 20 years ago, they were the only place in town.

We have continued to store our belongings there because the location is convenient and the staff is friendly.

I shopped around a lot and this was not only the best price but the nicest storage place in the South Bay. It was super clean, very secure because it had a lot of security features and was next door to the police department and City Hall. Every unit was carpeted so my things didn't get scratched up and the staff was wonderful.
