Just used Heritage Stonecraft to replace the granite countertops and backsplash for my home. The work was pretty good they made a couple of errors that required me to employ someone else to fix. Not a big deal to me but then when I went to make the final payment they hit me for a 2% convenience fee that was never mentioned or disclosed to me prior. I used them because they seemed professional but at the end just trying to get every last dollar they can

We are very pleased. Their work was excellent and the kitchen
looks great The installers cleaned everything when they were
were finished.

I interviewed a lot of companies for our kitchen remodel and I choose Heritage because they were the most helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed working with this family owned company. We got cabinets, countertops, new under-cabinet lighting and appliances as well as a new tile backsplash.

All of the employees were courteous and very accommodating. Every time we had a question they were answered right away. I now have the kitchen of my dreams and would highly recommend them.

Let me up front about this company. I contacted them in early October about installing a new stone countertop in my kitchen as part of a major home renovation project. I received their proposal via e-mail a few days later. Very thorough and professional, with no details left to chance. I then did my level best to cooperate with Heritage on selection of natural stone patterns, floor tile patterns, and backsplash tile, preferring to do business via their preferred e-mail correspondence. In my particular situation, a very few natural stone patterns matched up ideally with my existing kitchen...
