4/7/2014 --this place is not posting the right date.
Amerigas Company are not upfront with their fees. Paid almost 400 for them to come bring 2 tanks of propane that were gone in 1 month. who knows if they were even full. They connected a water heater that was not working right and charged $150 for connecting it...Do not use this people. Electricity is cheaper. and dont call them to check...

This company is a joke and they make it really hard for you to pay your bill. With our jobs, school, and children we sometimes forget when the bill is due. They don't mail us a bill, (which they say they do but for some odd reason it doesn't get to us) they don't send a disconnect notice, they just shut it off. The sevice charge for the guy to come out to turn off the gas is $50.00, to turn it...

Stay far away from these people! Office staff is rude and will ignore you until they finish personal conversations. The install tech that came to the house actually had the never to ask for my number to try to "hook up" personally. They add fees to your bills without warning and when you ask for clarification they cannot explain what it is for and refuse to correct it. If you have a choice...
