The room was nice and not too small for two people. It was clean and the bed was OK. The AC worked which is a must in Ridgecrest. The pool was OK, though not heated - later in the day I'm sure the sun took care of that. The hot tub was not hot it was tepid at best. but in the heat of day not a problem. Excellent Lox at Sunday Brunch. Very friendly. Lots of locals and travelers as patrons. I lived in Ridgecrest for a few years and locals like the place (that's a good thing).
