cold food, poor service

It took forever to order, when the food came it was cold and the beverages didn't even arrive by then. The waitress was unfriendly and ignored our complains about the cold food.

Visited here early December
I ordered the ribs which were OK if a little dry. My wife ordered a steak with veg and potatoes which was lukewarm.
Just watch your bill. They added 18% gratuity without even asking

We ate here on our way to the Empire State Building in the evening. There was quite a a varied menu at a reasonable price, I ordered falafels which I was expecting with salad and pita bread, it arrived with a large portion of chips/fries...

We stumbled across Jimmy's when we couldn't get a table at The Keg Room, how lucky were we ...... the ribs we ordered were amazing, the meat was succulent and just fell off the bone and melted in the mouth. Not the trendiest place, but...

Cold eggs disaster, never again

We used to look forward to our visits for breakfast at this diner but last time we went the food was not up to scratch, cold eggs, cold plate, tepid food for both of us. We can no longer recommend and will never go back....
