I spoke to (who I later found out) was the owner on the phone. I told him the make & model and took my vacuum in for a hose replacement under the assumption I could have it done in one day. He said the labor for replacing the hose would be free and I would just have to pay for the hose. After I got there, he took a look at it and said it was different than he thought, he would have to charge...
Phone number works just fine and I was able to get a belt mailed to me in just 1 day. I have a Beam (built into the walls) vac and the owner had these hard to find belts in stock. The postage was almost as much as the belts LOL, I was expecting to pay way more!!
