This guy is fantastic. Quite the charming gentleman. Very personable and trustworthy. Apparently, he lives in town so that alone put me at ease. He does on-site analysis of your problem ( Goes to your location ), pick-up and delivery all for free. The only thing he charges for is the work performed on your system. Now that's a saving all on it's own. It's about time we got an honest tech around...
