Brought car in for mechanical defect in car bought NEW off the lot - Dealership told me that the defect was normal/not a problem/no repair necessary. Now car is out of warranty and defect is so bad that the car will NOT reverse with only 60k miles on it. Dealership and company will NOT back up the integrity of their vehicles, and I'm left with a $4000 repair bill that Ford will not address.

I always receive excellent service at Henry Curtis Ford in Petaluma. Phil Shreves is my service advisor and he always goes the extra mile. He knows me by name, greets me with a smile, answers any questions I may have and treats everyone with kindness and respect. I have a newer model car so my services have been regular and my car is always done at the expected or my requested time.

We have purchased several cars from numerous dealerships within Sonoma County, Wes at Henry Curtis Hansel Ford bar none made purchasing a new car totally hassle free. Wes and all the staff at Henry Curtis were helpful easy going and honest! I recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used car.
