I got a card from Henry Brown to get my vehicle appraised, I went in on 2/17/11 to get the appraisal. They basically forced me to purchase a 2011 GMC Terrain, which I did NOT want. I couldn't even take the car out for a test ride. They refused to let me leave with just the appraisal. Idiots

I went to Henry Brown Buick GMC for an appraisal on my vehicle. The salesman came back with a "deal" on a 2011 GMC Terrain. I told him I was not interested in a new vehicle or making payment. He kept going back and forth between me and finance and would not take no for an answer. There are a lot of problems with the GMC Terrain. It has no power, you can't unlock the doors from the driver's door...

Recently purchased a car here
