I contacted them with an adoption application and received an email that was very short and never even thanked me for my application. I could tell then it wasn't looking good. Needless to say they refuse to adopt to anyone without a fenced in yard, pens don't count, even if you live in the country where a fence would not be required. If they had taken time to get to know their applicant better...

The people are so caring and love the animals.

I was so impressed with the care the associate there gave the animals not to mention the adoptive parent(s). I felt like they seriously want their animals to go to good loving, caring families. I adopted a cat in January and the love of my life, my dog died about a month later. I thank goodness I have my new cat from the Hanover Humane Society. Great people!!!
