I took my mom to Henderson Hyundai to buy a car for her. The sales people up front were great. When we got to back office and the finance guys, the deal went south. All of a sudden it was $1100 higher than the deal we had out front. I really enjoyed my buying and service experience with Henderson Hyundai. They had the best stock in town. After walking several others dealers lots I had the most variety in terms of add on packages and colors without having to have it shipped in. Salesman was fairly no-pressure, we met him in October, purchased in December with a couple follow up phone calls in between, but nothing that made... more

I was in desperate need of a car, which is never a good place to start. I felt I paid too much for my Tucson. Maintenance has been OK. I feel that it is usually a hassle to have them service the car. I've had them cancel on me twice. I think if I wanted a Hyundai again, I would try out Metro before going back to Henderson.
