I took a Trillian cut Emerald ring there some years ago to be sized down. When I came back I found my real Emerald was switched for a Chatham Created one. Since my sales receipt
didn't specify that It was In fact real, they wouldn't do anything about It. They lied & told me It was Impossible to cut a real Emerald Into a Trilliant as It Is too brittle. We all know that Isn't so. I also couldn't...
