We've had the fortune of using this place twice this year - for both of our accidents. The office is clean and welcoming, you walk in, they greet you and offer a coffee or tea made to your liking with several different choices of brew. The work is a good quality - our car loosely represented an accordion this last time and now it is beautiful once again and running great! And the staff outrageously friendly. They went above and beyond to help us out this week. With the Christmas Season here my husband and I were running short on cash and had planned to charge our insurance deductible to a credit card. But the day we picked the car up I'd only had an hours sleep and I had to go out of town that morning. In my sleepy travels I lost that credit card - the only one we had! I spent hours retracing my steps but couldn't find it anywhere. After talking to my husband and trying to decide whether or not we would get enough if we pawned our flat screen TV - I called to tell them what was happening. She was very understanding and agreed to take a postdated check. And when I picked the car up she even let me add on some cash to put gas in the rental car! I was truly shocked at the consideration they showed me. Thanks Helotes Collision Center, I don't know what we would have done without you.
We took our sons car into Helotes Collision and were told it would be 8 days to get it back. Since we were not going through our insurance, we paid out of pocket up front.
Apparently, that was not a good idea because, since they already had our money, they had no motivation to please us or meet the expectation they had set. They still had our sons car 2 weeks later!!!!!
We offer free estimates. If you have an estimate from your insurance company, we will work from their estimate and deal with them directly, if there is supplemental damage.
