Called because our ac unit is on the fritz. An AC unit that they installed while our was being built. Instead of friendly customer service we got nothing. Can't be here till Friday and were told " If you're just going to call somebody else I'm not making an appointment for you." And then hung up on. Thanks we'll take our service and money elsewhere.

The tech (Samuel) was 2 hours early, found the problem, the part was on the truck and had it repaired and up and running rather quickly. Total bill was $261.00 including service call. The capacitor was a little over priced, however it is 95 degrees out today and he was 2 hours early, so all and all I was happy with the service.
