We are out of network with all insurance companies. We are a cash based practice. Here we charge you for the time that is used; new patients are typically one hour in length. Depending on whom you see their fee's run a little differently; Dr. Brunschwig is 320$ per hour and our nurse practitioner Deborah Breakell is 250$ per hour if you go over or under that rate we prorate those fee's...
