Best Facial I've ever had and I've had many
Gurlfriends, you must go get a facial here. They won best of citysearch for a reason. I booked my appointment thinking I'd get the same old basic cleansing facial, which at the time, was alright with me. I just wanted to see what all the reviews were about. I'm an esthetician too at another spa, and I am always aware of what is being done to my skin and body, so it is very difficult for me to relax. Yvonne worked on my face, and she did things I've never had done to me before by facialists twice the price. I was zonked and fell asleep within five minutes. I didn't want to wake up. Even the best massages I've ever had (and I've had them here too, they're wonderful as well) really never put me in this state of "floating" that Yvonne's touch gave me. It really was better than any massage I have ever had and I've been so impressed by her work that I felt I needed to share this gem- and that is saying a lot coming from someone that could be considered her 'competition'. Her hands are a gift from God. She was so good that I didn't care about anything, I just wanted to enjoy the pleasure of it all.
Although I came in for a basic facial and we discussed a manual microdermabrasion using Bioelements products. I have to admit, I really did need it. My spa doesn't offer this treatment but after seeing what the results are, I think I'll start carrying that line, but since it's also about the practitioner and the talent of her touch when doing manual microdermabrasion- we're going to have to kidnap Yvonne as well. ;)
