My daughter had a horrible experience with stylist Amanda at Hectors Gutierrez Salon. She provided a picture of the cut and color she wanted and Amanda failed to achieve it. Amanda herself acknowledged the color hasn't turned out quite right and she wanted to correct the problem. However, Amanda had the nerve to charge my daughter an additional amount to correct the problem she had created....

I absolutely hate going to get my hair done because I don't really like other people, than myself, messing with it. I was welcomed when I walked through the door and taken good care of.
