Absolute scam of a place.... deliver a different bed then have to charge a restock fee- then change the delivery dates... VERY rude customer service- Justin should be ashamed of himself. I should have gotten a bed here in Arlington.

The worst warranty and service in town

I have done bussiness with heavenly sleep shoppe for at least 10 years. Five years ago I purchased a Sealy mattress with a ten year warranty and recently the matress has failed. It was confrimed by a heavenly sleep shop representative that the sealy matress has failed. At first the owner did not want to help with this warranty at all and i have known the owner for at least 20 years. When i could not get any help from Heavenly Sleep Shoppe i called Sealy. Sealy stated they would only deal with thier dealer and not the consumer direct. Recently i was told to bring my mattress in so sealy...

quick and easy

i bought 2 twin bed sets last summer. The salesperson was very helpful and not pushy. He answered my specific questions and didn't try to "oversell" what I needed. So many furniture stores will have someone follow you around, he was just there when I needed him to be. We loaded up very quickly and were off with our new beds!
