Heavenly Floral has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ON 7/29/2013 I ordered floral arrangemet to include lily's and roses and paid $65.00. When my order was taken the customer service rep said that they would take care of it. However, when i received the flowers the arrangement did not include ANY lily's or ANY roses. When I called back to let them know of the mistake the manager informed me that no mistake had been made and that ""they would never make an arrangement with lily's and roses for that amount of money"".
