It has cme to my attention that Kelli Barker has lied about her education history. She has'nt only lied to your D.O.N.,,but all others she has worked for. She has no GED...only a sixth grade education. If she is not terminated immediately,a motion will be filed for an investigation of your facility. This matter will be looked into further by the state nursing board.
