Taking care of who are helpless is such a blessing. Those who care for them should do it with love. Someday...it will be them in that bed at their mercy.

Pretty good staff needs to pay more attention to patients needs not everyone has the ability to say what they need or are to prideful to ask. Also upper management seriously FAIL in my opinion on relaying info to family and FAIL to return phone calls. Not ok with lack of communication.

This place told us on two seperate occasions they had a bed open. The insurance approved and everything was good. When it came time to admit, Linda said they did not have beds, or did not give an explaination why they would not accept the patient. She would not return calls; she was always in a meeting or gone for the day. Just wasted alot of time.
