Call in when I'm sick, no doc available for a week MINIMUM... This has been a pattern. They say, come in for urgent care... So I'm stuck sitting for an extended time in a waiting area in the Queue with a bunch of other sick people all stuck in the same situation... I have complex health issues & can't just go anywhere..., my history matters... This clinic needs to make some changes... You say...

I waited 30 mins to talk to someone on the phone. Im ao disappointed. I had to hang up and go to the clinic and talk with just a nurse. Im going to switching clinics.

I love my Doctor... hate the fact that you got a new system and I must call the main line!!! I waited over 10 minutes for someone to pick up. and after waiting all that time, was told someone will call you back.. WTF Go back with the old system before more people go away
