Good except mail order Rx issues

Almost a Catch-22 on Walgreen mail service provider for HS: 90-day supply of Benicare (BP med) rejected "as not covered under plan." Checked with HS administrator--covered but despite 3x refills available, missed a 90-day window for reordering; is in plan but requires physician's "prior authorization" now. Never advised of the window, etc.

You pay them and when you need medical care they will not pay. You are in the hospital and then they decide you have to leave whether you are well enough or not. The same goes for nursing home and rehabilative care. Each month they get their premium while you pay out of your own pocket for nursing care. Which is sad if one parent has alzeimers and the other parent is unable to get around... more
