I have been with Dr. Hazlett for almost 15 years. All my immediate family members are patients of hers. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She has always been right on target anytime that I have had a ny medical concerns. The office staff is wonderful and went above and beyond to help me get some insurance paperwork straightened out. Do you want to be talked down to, called a liar, told that you don't know what you're talking about, not listened to and you always see a different staff because apparently they are treated the same way? This is the doctor for you. Easy to get into because she has no patients. Only giving one star ratings because you cannot select no stars.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. Dr. Hazlett is an incompetent, unprofessional, and very rude doctor. She refuses to listen to what a patient is telling her, fails to thoroughly familiarize herself with a patient's medical history, and becomes belligerent and defensive when a patient questions her. I am very surprised that Dr. Hazlett has not had her medical license revoked by now, especially, considering how horribly wrong...
