The Hawthorne Inn of Winter Haven is a beautiful, one story, Independent/Assisted living community in the middle of a peaceful, suburban setting. Our community consists of four wings called neighborhoods. The neighborhood concept has always been a supportive environment for individuals. Horrible place for loved ones. Staff member Lori Raymond takes ILLIGAL pictures on her cell phone of residence and posts online and shows other people...pictures of diaper changes, of residence in bathroom, crying, fallen down, hurt and bleeding...its not okay to laugh at these people or take pictures for comic relief nor is it okay to divulge residence health history or health "issues" as Mr....
My mother had excellent care at Hawthorn Inn for over two years. She was always well cared for and happy. The staff are loving and attentive. They become like family to the client and to the whole family. I always felt secure that she was kept clean and healthy. The hospice care is on site and is excellent. I felt so comfortable that I chose Hawthorn Inn and highly recommend it.

The Hawthorne Inn is a place I would recommend. My mother was there for 4 years and she received excellent care.The staff was caring and kind to her right up until the end.There memory care houses are excellent.
I love love this facility the staff take excellent care of my mom. She is so happy. She was at another facility and I am so happy that I moved her to The Hawthorne Inn. I made the right choice.
