This hotel was fantastic. Breakfast bar had a large variety and is honestly the best free breakfast I've ever had from a hotel. Rooms were immaculately maintained and didn't feel claustrophobic. The wedding party stayed up late in the dining room and had fun sitting around talking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Affordable room rates.

The facility, room, breakfast and the one dinner we took advantage of were in line with what you'd expect in this class of hotel. The location was perfect for our purposes. We usually stay at a different hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois whenever we visit family in the Chicago/Elgin area because Schaumburg is a halfway point in between the two. I ended up choosing this hotel because our regular hotel was already booked for the dates that we were planning on visiting this area. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised...

Not our first visit to this hotel but this time a few hiccups. On two days of our 7 day stay, housekeeping failed to service our room. Reported A/C unit inop. @ 9 a.m. & no repairs done upon our return around 3. Reported again & learned that staff communications is lacking. Dropped some ice on the faux hardwood floor...
