Delicious seafood. Fresh, well-prepared. Great variety and wide selection on the menu. Fast, attentive and friendly service. Modern and spacious atmosphere. Looks out on a lovely plaza.
One night after a NHL game and a convention had let out, Hawg's was one of the few places with seating available. I ordered the steak and shrimp special with the garlic cheese bread. I stopped by for lunch and I had to wait a minute before someone noticed me standing there, but after I was seated the service was top notch. For an appetizer I had fried calamari, which was great. I also ordered clam chowder as a 2nd appetizer. The clam chowder was non-traditional, but it was still good. My main meal was fish and chips, and the though the fish portion seemed small, it was...
