Paid,but still waiting new chairs YP.com

We bought dining room and kitchen table two weeks ago. We paid cash. Kitchen table and chairs have white legs. On the legs there are several black stain. They brought new ones. They have still stain. Also one of them has broken leg. I paid but i have to wait new chairs. It is not fair.
