Help us make it rightComfortable Brookhaven restaurant is a hit with neighborhood foodies.
From OpenTable:
HAVEN is an upscale eatery set in a loft with exposed brick walls, warm pecky cypress woods and soft amber lighting. The cuisine is modern American influenced by French, continental and hints of new southern. HAVEN has enjoyed remarkable success during the past seven years. Voted a top ten restaurant for six years straight, HAVEN has become quite the Atlanta destination. Haven...
HAVEN is from Atlanta restaurant veterans Michel Arnette and chef Stephen Herman. The team believes that simple is best and that seasonal rhythms and local ingredients --- from Gulf oysters to South Carolina quail to Dillwood Farms produce and North Georgia trout --- give energy to a menu. By and large, the food itself comprises the presentation, as it should, with no ill-conceived adornments...
The Scene
Tucked into a Brookhaven mixed-used project, this small restaurant crackles with energy. The main room is filled with a boisterous local crowd and a small bar often packed with...
I really wanted to like Haven but the owner was so rude that at first I thought he was joking. Perhaps when they get really busy he just can't handle the pressure and forgets that we, the customer, pay his mortgage!

His attention to them was endless, meanwhile we waited 15min after we finished our meal for him to ask if we were done. Then he just tossed a dessert menu in front of us without even asking if we wanted dessert or not.
The food was presented very well, but the flavors were not there at all. The ""Jonah Crab Cake"" was heavily...

Haven doesn't take reservations. But if you call ahead, you'll be given priority seating.
Arrive before 6:30pm or after 8:30pm. Haven, which only seats about 90 people, gets packed during prime dinner hours.
Parking at Haven can be tricky. Avoid the hassle and use the complimentary valet.
