Very disappointing, I made the horrible mistake of paying upfront for the program. after a couple days I felt uneasy about the process (injecting myself), so I decided to opt out. To my surprise, rather than being given a full refund (minus the $200 cancellation fee) I was also charged $450 for a prescription that was never given to me. Gouging money from the public, very sad.

My appointment was handled with care and with an interest in my well being. Everyone in the Medical Center was friendly and helpful. I am anxious to get started on my journey of weight loss!
