Haus Murphys is a good restaurant with questionable quality. The quality and consistency of the restaurant is in question. I have been several times and it is good and others not as well.The bratwurst and sauerbraten are my favorite items on the menu.

Did not enjoy the food. Good Beer selection though. Black forest cake was good.
If you want authentic german food I would recommend the "Black Forest Mill German Restaurant"
Great selection on beer (Warsteiner, Spaten etc.)

I'm not sure how someone from Germany would be willing to say this food was the best. I would have thought they would serve the wonderful German rye that you might find in a good German deli, but it was pumpernickel and jewish rye that you can find at the local supermarket. I expected German mustard to be served with the wursts, but it was good old American. I've never had a dry wurst, but... more
