The apartment is very nice and has great potential. But between the dogs running lose everywhere, very thin walls, loud college kids, and the kids running up and down the hallways. Its not a very peaceful place.

These apartments are a rare find in an otherwise lackluster rental market. They are exceptionally well maintained, from plowing in the winter, to cleanliness of common spaces, to the landscaping out front. It's a place you're happy to come home to.

The good:
All new appliances, stainless steel, glass-top stove.
Granite countertops.
Hardwood flooring and ceramic tile in bathroom.
Exposed brick....
