I have had Bill work on at least 20 different guitars for myself and some friends.. His work quality is excellent and he understands your specific needs . I use him for all my guitar work acoustic and electric . His prices are reasonable and I think he is a perfectionist who stands by his work. I will continue to use him in the future . I took in a pawnshop special Alvarez acoustic which played pretty good already, after he set it up, did a little fretwork, and replaced the nut, I was shocked. I guess I never realized how good a guitar could play with a little tlc. I will gradually be taking all of my guitars to Mr. Hatfield for setups. His attention to detail is simply stunning.
