While in Philadelphia recently, I visited the Harvest Grille and Wine Room. The menu selection was not as large as I expected, but the items on the menu all looked very good. We enjoyed our evening here with friends. Fish tacos and short ribs were excellent.
But bar was understaffed. One poor guy for the whole restaurant so if you're sitting there waiting to place your drink order it's as though you don't exist.
And what's up with not having any soap in the restroom? I mentioned to the staff and...problem not...

The special Rib Eye was FANTASTIC. I can also recommend the Ginger Bourbon and the apple cup dessert! Considering the proximity to local universities, this is a gem of a restaurant. Ask to sit upstairs overlooking the entrance - you won't regret it!

Went with my wife and young son for dinner to meet up with some of her co-worker friends. First time there and enjoyed our meal.
