My husband and I stayed here on a weekend without the kids. It was perfect! Casino, resteraunts, and night club on the property made it easy to relax while having a good time. Rooms were nicely furnished and staff was some of the friendliest I have encountered.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the service was very good. When I checked in, Michael had a hard time finding my name. Somehow my last name got entered as my first and visa-versa. I told him it had already been paid for and I wasn't sure what happened. When he found it, under, "Weber Mary", he offered to give me a $25 voucher to be used for food in the hotel. Arrived at Kansas City late and my phone died, leaving me no map to find my reserved hotel. Fortunately Harrah's towers over the North Kansas City area and can be spotted from miles away. It was a little disappointing to discover that there was no free continental breakfast, but other than that, great hotel.

In and out very quickly. Did not take advantage of the casino, but I'm sure there is plenty to do. Room was very nice and clean.
