I've only eaten at Harper's once, but didn't go back because I felt that the food wasn't necessarily worth the price. It was good food, but I just felt that the prices were a little high and that I could go elsewhere to get better food at the same price.

We have eaten at Harper's several times and have always had good food, good service and been satisfied overall. The pulled pork is an especially good value, and is served with your choice of Eastern NC vinegar-based sauce or Western NC red BBQ sauce - or both if you request.
