The service is exceptional and the food is wonderful! I would highly recommend the Harp & Celt for lunch or dinner anytime. Parking is convenient also as they are located next to the Central Garage.
While I'm not a big drinker, I have been told by my friends (and one if them is Irish) that the place is wonderful and makes them feel like they are at home.
