A customer service tune-up for the staff would be helpful. Calling in for confirmation of installation with Joel was an off-putting experience. Coupled with the so-so quality of the lighting we purchased, I'll be shopping elsewhere. Sadly, this was the second consecutive lackluster experience with this store.
