Developer need to put sidewalks in on both sides of Rayford Road.Especially near the entrance of Harmony by the intersection of Discovery Creek Blvd/Harmony Landing. A traffic light at that intersection is also warranted for safe pedestrian crossings. Children are crossing at this intersection and one might get hit by oncoming traffic.

We moved to Harmony 3 years ago. We love our house and our gated community. We have lived in spring for 28 years in the same house. We wanted to stay in the area but have a more secure neighborhood. Harmony is great. My grandkids have neighborhood parks, splash pads, and covered playgrounds. They can ride their bikes in or off the sidewalks (never had sidewalks at other home) and restaurants...

Moved into the Harmony Woods subdivision a few months ago. The front entrance is non existent. There are not any side walks for our kids to ride their bikes or walk to school for the first 150 yards or so. We have contacted the developer about this and no response was given. Perry homes is a whole issue in itself. We were promised a model quality home and they didn't deliver it. We have had...

We love our house and neighbors but Entouch is beyond useless however we must pay for it via our HOA dues. Also, either use the gates or have them completely open, this half and half look that we have going on is a bit ugly. For homes in the range that all of us purchased, I would expect more from our Community Manager, HOA, and Developer. Certainly not impressed at all!
